The Chairman

Olney Newton Link Committee

United Kingtom

12 th April, 2007

Dear Madam,

I am writing to inform you all about the recent development that took place in the committee during the last months.

A meeting was held on the 25 th March 2007 and the following point were discussed and agreed upon. Firstly we have supplied all materials to beneficiaries necessary for completion we now look forward to the speedy completion. We have also received the goods sent but were not rested yet. The main discussion was centered on the skill construction. We have cleared up the Land and have also shared responsibilities to member for the buying of sand and block making.

We hope to buy cement and iron rods if fund are made available to start the entire process. The chairman was absent. We have agreed to wait for him as against next meeting to take decision for the lion donation. We suggest increasing more benches for the Primary Schools who are yet in need of benches, this we have verified. We are desperate for the skills work now. This involves labour intensive we request for a speed up with this project.

Yours sincerely,

Abu Bakarr Fofana

Secretary
