D. ITEMS FROM OLNEY

The chairman informed the committee that goods have been donated to the committee such as books, computer laptops and printers and a lot more. Hoping to receive them next month.

AOB

The biggest problem with the committee presently is that the principal has finally asked us to leave the schoolroom, which we occupied, as store. This has strongly motivated us to do our own construction, which will contain an office, a store, three guest rooms and a hull for meeting to and skills to start September. The committee will be grateful if this support is made available to us and for the future benefit of the Link. We will send you the plan this week. We have already started the foundation last year.

Renner was able to see where we started so we hope to continue. For more information, please contact Bakarr or Dominic.

Some of our Phase III beneficiaries have not pained their houses after being supply with paints. Some of are complaining of not having somebody to the do the job for them. KRYDO Boys who used to paint for them before cannot afford to do so at the moment. Some of the beneficiaries are pleading with us to give them some time because they wanted to their houses properly. They expressed appreciation hence their houses are covered and plaster and they can inhabit with their families. We have divided the committee into groups to urge the beneficiaries to paint their houses so that we can take more photos.
